Six-month therapeutically intensive day program supports children in developing and practicing social and coping skills that will help them to be more successful in their schools, homes and communities. Group, individual and family therapy, case management, and medication management are also provided. Program is open to children ages 5-14 living in Hartford and surrounding towns, and ages 5-12 living in Meriden, Manchester and surrounding towns. Eligibile children must meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis and must exhibit behvaviors that interfere with their ability to be successful in school or at home.
